Tricia assists the Chief Financial Officer with management of the company’s balance sheet, which has a value of over $27bn. From a leadership perspective, Tricia is responsible for the Group Treasury and Group Tax teams, and supports Wesfarmers’ significant acquisition and divestment activity. Prior to joining Wesfarmers, Tricia led Treasury teams for Woolworths Group Limited and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. She commenced her career as a tax adviser and was also an investment banker for a decade.
