The Australian Investment Council represents private equity, venture capital, private credit, institutional investors, and family offices. The industry has $62 billion in funds under management, supports 600,000 jobs, contributes 3% to Australia’s GDP, and backs 900 businesses. Since 2022, Navleen has expanded the Council’s advocacy and strengthened ties with Asian investors. She also serves on the boards of Sydney Youth Orchestras and Bundanon Trust and advises the government as part of the Treasurer’s Investor Roundtable.
