A founder and Chief Operating Officer of LGT Crestone, Michelle continues to be responsible for establishing and overseeing critical aspects of LGT Crestone’s operations, including its governance, operating model, technology, and strategic partnerships. With more than 20 years in financial services, Michelle’s expertise is building and transforming businesses. During her career, she has worked in Australia and the UK for globally recognised businesses, such as UBS and Prudential. Michelle is Chair of SIAA’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee and a SIAA board director.
