Professional Bio
Max has over 30 years’ experience in Australian and International Capital Markets. Max began his career with Macquarie Equities Private Client business as a stockbroker in 1994 and moved to the Institutional desk in London in 1997. Max joined Goldman Sachs International Desk in New York in 2004 before relocating to Sydney in 2008 to head Equity Capital Markets. In 2013 Max moved to ASX to lead the Listings business. Max joined NSX in 2024 to develop an alternative Listings market for Australian micro-mid cap companies.
