Louise has over 25 years of experience in the financial services sector and has been consistently recognised for being one of Australia’s leading debt capital markets, securitisation and structured finance lawyers with significant experience in sustainable finance. Louise is an active participant in several leading industry groups including as Chair of the Corporate Bond Reform Working Group. Louise has also served as the lead author of the Australian chapters of The Banking Regulation Review and ICLG Derivatives. Prior to joining Dentons, Louise held various roles with Gilbert +Tobin and Clayton Utz.
